At NutriBalance, we proudly ship products nationwide across South Africa. All orders are delivered using The Courier Guy to ensure fast, reliable service.
Once your order is placed, estimated delivery times will be calculated based on product availability, your selected shipping method, and your delivery location.
How Long Does It Take to Process an Order? 📦
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.
We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your NutriBalance products without delay.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to The Courier Guy between 12:00 – 12:30.
Your tracking information will become active from 13:00 on the same day.
Shipping Times 🚚
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
In most cases, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
What If My Package Gets Lost in Transit? 📦
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact your nearest Courier Guy branch directly for assistance. They will help investigate and resolve any delivery issues.
